Groundwater Conditioning Technologies and Facilities Providing the Possibility to Use This Water for Domestic and Drinking Purposes

We offer

A full complex of operations comprising the following: technological survey, developing the engineering aspect of a project, development of operating regulations and designer supervision of non-standard equipment production and installation.

Methods: iron removal, softening, manganese removal, fluorine removal, stabilization, СО2 and Н2S removal.

We provide treated water quality in accordance with the standards established by SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01 Sanitary Regulations.

The treatment capacity of facilities is within the range 0.1- 1500 m3/hour

 

Implemented technological processes:

Aeration, degassing, biochemical methods, ozonation, contact non-reagent and reagent filtration through clarification and sorption filter-beds and disinfection.

The methods and design of facilities are copyrighted (8 inventor’s certificates and patents for invention of the Russian Federation). 

Applied materials have State Registration Certificates and are officially permitted for the application in drinking water supply systems. All permissions are granted by the Russian Federal Service of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. 

Advantages

Reduced capital costs (by 15-20%) and operating costs (by 25-30%) compared to traditional technologies due to:

  • New biochemical technologies and ozonation + sorption
  • Application of heterogeneous floating fibrous granular polymeric filter-bed of great contamination retention capacity and highly efficient sorption materials
  • Application of attached-microorganisms carriers and new technologies of biochemical oxidation and disinfection
  • Avoiding the application of power-consuming wash-water pumps and high-resistance drainage systems
  • Reduced transportation costs for filter-bed preparation and hauling (10 – 15 times)
  • Application of hydro-automatic washing devices
